I completely agree. but Falkreath is kinda absurd too.

Falkreath. Definitely Falkreath. The house in the Pale has snow, snow, and more than snow. I don't know about you, but I get really sick of all that snowfall really quickly. The 1 in Hjaalmarch is pretty absurd as it'south just forth the coast of the Ghost Bounding main and the fish hatchery is really nifty. Merely I've always loved Falkreath concur. Since day one of playing this game, I've wanted to accept a player dwelling in Falkreath. So when I constitute out that they had one in Hearthfire... Let's just say I was a tad flake ecstatic. This was before I owned the PC version, heed y'all, then I couldn't just download mods similar almost others on here would have.

lakeview. It'due south abreast the lake and has bang-up scenery. Also lakeview is much warmer than dawnstar and always accept a practiced weather

Lakeview Manor at noon, looking over the lake from your balcony....There are no words to depict it. Also, Windstad Manor is cleaved for me. I spend money and resources to build it, but nothing shows up on the plot. Not even the markers. :(

The Dawnstar manor has the best location on the map of the three manors (nice and fundamental, like Whiterun, merely without the badgerer of being a city dwelling house).

The Morthal estate has the best special feature (restockable fishery - easy source of River Betties for making nifty poisons).

The Falkreath estate has the best-looking environment.

Lakeview is the only "sensibly located" house in Hearthfire. The Dawnstar house might as well be chosen "Breezehome 2.0". Hell the house is Morthal makes more sense than Dawnstars.

Not a lot of love for the swamp information technology seems. I like it best for the fishery, combination snowy / woodsy scenery and cause its corking to meet my kids freaking out over the "monsters in the swamp" plus the odd glitch in my game of a new dead dragur showing up on my doorstep every week. "Is it tuesday again, Honey time to clean the zombie off the porch."

I accept that same glitch and i day while i was building a random giant came and was staring at the bodies until i pissed him off and killed him

I prefer Heljarchen Hall myself. Mainly because it doesn't have a necromancer's altar in the backyard; something tells me that's not a great place to raise kids.

Definitely Falkreath, Lakeview Manor is past far my favorite house, vanilla or modded, and to be honest, I don't even get the thane championship for Dawnstar and Morthal to get the other 2 HF houses !!!

Whiterun, the i you lot buy from the jarl'due south steward. Information technology might not be the most exquisite house, only information technology'southward very centrally located.

Yeah...but Breezehome is not a Hearthfire house !!!

Yep...but Breezehome is not a Hearthfire firm !!!

lol....... Oops. Well, in that instance, I'd have to choose the Stake for it being centrally located Near Whiterun. Why? I only fast travel when I apply a wagon driver or shipping services in this game, so I walk and occasionally gallop everywhere I go otherwise.

I mainly like the ones located near Falkreath and Morthal. Falkreath - Build a Belfry and enjoy the bang-up view. Morthal - I simply savor the swamp, Plus, you can go the Icerunner wreck most it. the Dawnstar home was likewise difficult to get... Plus, information technology looks weirdly combining the plains of whiterun, and the white, pale snow of Dawnstar.

Lakeside(Falkreath) has a nice view, but I go on getting a behemothic in my garden.
Heljarchen (Dawnstar) is actually nearer Whiterun, the view is ok.
The Morthal one is nearer Confinement and the view is mediocre.

In fact these three houses are then far from the Cities they are pratically nextdoor to some other metropolis. Lakeside and Heljarchen are closer to whiterun than the city that gives them to yous, and the morthal house is just reverse the Eastern Empire company docks.
